Telebirr fabric-token connectivity test

This tests only the fabric-token endpoint. It does not create an order, open checkout, or make a payment.

If it fails

Confirm the exact gateway base URL and port with your Telebirr merchant documentation.
Confirm the fabric app ID and app secret are active and from the same environment.
Ensure cURL and OpenSSL are enabled in cPanel PHP settings.
Shared hosting may block outbound connections to port 38443; contact the host if cURL reports a timeout or connection error.
Do not disable TLS certificate verification as a workaround.
